Terms and Conditions for Disneyland Paris Prize

To enter you must be an active and registered patient at Darrell House Dental Practice (hereinafter referred to as Obex Dental). UK residents only.  Only one entry per person.  Obex Dental reserves the right to request proof of identity or to verify eligibility conditions and to award any prize to the winner in person.  No part of the prize will be exchangeable for any other alternative.  The prize draw is not open to employees, associates or their families of Obex Dental or other businesses owned and/or operated by the company.  No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete entries.  Closing date for entries is 11^th November 2019. 

 There will be one winner selected at random from all competition entries, across all participating Obex Group limited dental practices who will win a trip to Disneyland Paris.  The trip to Disneyland Paris is for 2 adults and 2 children, the winner will receive a prize package to arrive and stay in one of the Disney resort hotels for two nights with breakfast and entrance tickets to the park.  The maximum prize value is £1000.  This package is subject to dates available.  Age restrictions will apply.  

The trip must be booked and completed within six-months of being advised of winning the competition.  For the purposes of the Disneyland Paris booking, a Child is considered to be under 12 and those 12 years and above are considered to be an Adult.  Obex Dental will not be liable for any other fees or expenses other than those mentioned above.  The judge’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.  

The winner will be notified within one month of the closing date of the competition.  Obex Dental reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to someone else.  No cash or other alternative prizes are available, other than in the event of circumstances outside of its control whereby Obex Dental reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.  Prizes cannot be transferred or sold by winners unless a parent or grandparent is entering the promotion on behalf of a child or family member.  Obex Dental reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion. 

Entry implies acceptance to any advertising Obex Dental wishes to undertake in relation to the winners of the Disneyland Competition.  By accepting the Competition Prize, you agree to supply Obex Dental (via the Practice Manager) within seven working days of the return from Disneyland Paris, at least ten different group family colour photographs taken within the Disneyland Paris Park and a blog of between 250 and 500 words about winning the prize and your experiences at Disneyland Paris.  Obex Dental reserves the right to edit the blog and content for tone, clarification or conciseness, should it see fit.
